The HEART Trust NTA, Ebony Park and the College of Agriculture, Science and Education
(CASE) have signed a Memorandum of Understand (MOU) to ensure greater collaboration
between the two leading agricultural training institutions.
The MOU is to ensure that there is more collaborative research, agro production and training;
where CASE will have greater access to the use of Ebony Park agro processing plant, science
laboratory and classroom space.
The college will conduct refresher workshops and seminars with instructors from Ebony Park
and both institutions will host a joint regional seminar for farmers in particular areas of
CASE will also use the facilities at Ebony Park as a regional recruitment venue for prospective
students for their off-site training and the accommodation of their interns.
The first activity of this MOU which was signed in March this year will be a massive College
recruitment drive at Ebony Park this July.
The CASE/Ebony Park MOU is to be in place for 5 years.
